Buying and Selling a home might very well be the most expensive purchase our clients make. We are honored that so many people have trusted us to handle their real estate transaction. Those that felt the same way have left comments below to help give others a sense of what working with us is like.

This was our first time buying a home! Gloria and Karen made this experience a wonderful one for sure! They were very informative, professional, and quick! Within such a short time, she found a great home that was perfect for our family! They can be counted on to do their job, but there is also a passion they have for their job! This mother daughter duo was perfect, couldn't ask for better people to share this experience with. Thank you for making it a great experience for us!

Two weeks after my husband was deployed to Afghanistan, the landlord of the house we were renting from called and informed me that the owners wanted to sell the house. I am also a CPA and was right in the middle of tax season at the time. This was also the first house that me and my husband ever purchased so I was completely new at the whole process. Karen helped me in every way possible. She answered all questions that I had with great patience and response time. She worked her schedule around to accommodate mine and helped me through the whole process from being my sounding board when trying to decide which house to figuring out how to get the papers and all required documentation for me and my husband. There's no way I would have been able to do this without her! I'd recommend Karen and Gloria to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I left a message through Zillow about a house that I liked on a Thursday night. Ten minutes later Gloria phoned me. I mentioned three more houses that I was interested in and on Saturday we were viewing them all, plus a couple more in the neighborhoods that she thought I might like. She listened to me and what I was looking for. 47 days later, I was moving into my very first home! Thank you Gloria, you are the best!!!!

Gloria was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and made our first time home buying a smooth and enjoyable experience. She quickly addressed our needs and concerns and made herself available to us even into the late evenings. She expertly negotiated the deal that got us a much better home than we had ever anticipated for the price paid. Thanks so much!!!
